Shipping and Returns

In a fast-forward world everything has to be instant so we miss out on the joy of anticipation, of looking forward to things. At Eco Toy Bricks we think that anticipation is a key ingredient in pleasure of any kind. When we look forward to something, imagining how it will be, planning how to enjoy it, getting a little nervous maybe – when the thing actually happens the pleasure is more intense.


We offer the following delivery options. You can expect your order to arrive within 2 to 5 full working days depending on the shipping area. Remote areas can take up to 10 full working days.

At Eco Toy Bricks shipping is free of charge.

The order should be received along with the confirmation of the credit authorization no later than 12:00 AEDT; otherwise we will not be able to process your order until the next working day (working days are Monday through Friday, with the exception of the official holidays marked as such in the official calendar.

For security purposes our delivery methods used require a signature.


We are currently unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or military bases.

International Buyers: Our website is currently only set up to ship within Australia. Please email us at if you would like to purchase a product on our website and reside outside Australia.


Please choose carefully as we are only able to provide refunds for online purchases in limited circumstances provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with the original packaging. Great care is taken to ensure that all images and information provided are accurate. All orders are also carefully packaged and checked prior to shipping. Credits or exchanges are offered in certain circumstances where reasonable but do contact us with your request within 7 days of receiving your order so we can resolve any issues efficiently. If you have any additional questions or problems, please do not hesitate to email us at we are more than happy to help and will make every effort to respond as soon as possible.


Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If your item is faulty when you receive it, you can return it for a refund. Simply request a return through your Eco Toy Bricks account or email us at and send the faulty goods back to us within 15 days of receiving your order.

If you discover a fault after this time, but within three months of purchase, you can still return it. Where possible, we will offer to replace the item. If the same product is no longer available, you are entitled to a full refund.

If you would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining a refund, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability.


This depends on the status of your order. Before shipment of your order you can cancel your order or part of it. If your order has already been dispatched then the item(s) will have to be returned once you have received them. In both cases, please initially contact our Customer Care department at and they will guide you accordingly.

If you are not happy with your Eco Toy Bricks products that were purchased online, you can return items within 14 days of purchase unused and in their original condition. We will be happy to exchange or refund, providing the goods are returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging.

When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. A prompt refund of the price of the goods will be issued once all the information referred to above is received. The debit or credit card used for the original purchase will be credited with the original price. If there are any problems with your refund, a member of our customer care team will contact you.

For all returns, except where the item is faulty or dispatched in error by us, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us.
